Registration and Information

• All information must be filled out accurately, especially regarding health conditions or allergies.

• Full disclosure of any child-related information is essential to provide appropriate care.

• Registration is done exclusively through the official website. Other methods will not be accepted.

• The center reserves the right to refuse or terminate the enrollment of any child who violates the following:

  • Failure to follow center rules

  • Failure to pay fees on time

  • Verbal abuse from the guardian or the child

  • Damaging or vandalizing center property

• The renewal of the child’s enrollment is the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian. It is their duty to monitor the subscription’s expiration date and renew it on time to ensure continuity of the child’s placement. Failure to renew on time will result in the parent/guardian being liable for the applicable fees for the unrenewed period, and the child’s place at the center will not be guaranteed.

Subscriptions and Payment

• Payments must be made only to the center’s account through one of the following methods: bank transfer, card (Mada/Visa/MasterCard), or cash.

• Enrollment is confirmed only after the child’s file is completed and full payment is received.

• If you would like to receive a payment receipt via email, please notify the administration.

• All subscriptions are non-refundable and non-cancellable except in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made at least 7 business days before the program start date will receive a 90% refund.

  • Cancellations made at least 3 business days before the program start will receive 75% of the amount as credit, valid for 60 days (non-transferable).

Holidays and Schedules

• The center will be closed on the following official holidays:

  • Eid Al-Fitr Holiday

  • Eid Al-Adha Holiday

  • Saudi National Day

  • Saudi Founding Day

• Activities may pause based on the internal schedule, and parents will be notified in advance.

• In case of civil defense warnings (e.g., rain or weather alerts), the center will close for safety. These days are non-compensable.

• Absences after the subscription begins will not be frozen or compensated for any reason.

Nutrition and Personal Hygiene

• Parents are responsible for the quality, quantity, and hygiene of the child’s meal.

• Meals requiring temperature control must be packed in an appropriate container (no heating available at the center).

• A labeled water bottle with a straw must be brought and cleaned daily.

• Parents must ensure their child’s nails are clean and trimmed regularly.

• A full change of clothes and an adequate number of diapers must be sent daily.

• Children undergoing potty training must wear pull-up diapers, and enough extras should be packed.

Personal Belongings

• Coins or personal toys are not allowed at the center.

• Labels must be placed on the child’s bag, water bottle, and lunch container.

• The center is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.

Discipline and Safety

• Commitment to the moral values of our community and culture is required.

• Center property must be respected and not intentionally damaged.

• Parents are not allowed to enter children’s classrooms.

• Parents must wait in the designated area during pickup.

• There is no prayer area available for visitors.

• Physical aggression between children is strictly prohibited. However, minor incidents (e.g., biting, scratching) may happen during interaction. Appropriate action will be taken if harmful behavior is repeated.

Timeliness

• Children must arrive and leave on time.

• A fee of 100 SAR will be charged for delays beyond 10 minutes after pickup time. If unpaid within 48 hours, two days will be deducted from the subscription.

Photography and Marketing

• Activities are documented via photo and video on the center’s social platforms. Please inform the administration if you do not wish your child to be included.

• The center may send promotional messages. Guardians can opt out by request.

General Consent

• By completing registration, the guardian agrees to all terms above.

• The center reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
